Some essential oil labels can be deceiving.The bottle may have essential oil on the front however the back of the bottle will include filler products.
I have found a lot of discount stores have carrier oils mixed with the essential oils such as jojoba oil or almond oils.Many will use the word blend.
When I began using essential oils it wasn’t as popular as it is today.Today essential oils can be purchased from discount clothing stores, grocery stores, pharmacy stores and outlet stores.
There are inexpensive quality essential oils in stores and online.When purchasing read the ingredients on the back.Make sure the labels read 100 percent pure.
Beware not to confuse essential oil with fragrance oil.Essential oils are plant extracted and fragrance oils are synthetic. In other words natural versus manufactured.
Having difficulty with focusing, anxiety or ADHD. I suggest Vetiver essential oil. Vetiver has many other uses, however, I have found that it works best as a calming agent.
Vetiver can be mixed with other essential oils for a calming effect. I like to blend Vetiver with Lavender oils or Bergamot oil.I have used Vetiver alone, however, it has an earthy smell.The smell isn’t offensive but it can take some getting used to.
I have only used it as inhalation with a diffuser however it can be used in the bath and shower or for massages.
There are many brands but the only one I have ever used is Piping Rocks at pipingrocks.com. I use Piping Rocks because of its good value and price.Piping Rock has Vetiver essential oil recipe blends on its site as suggestions The are many articles on the uses and effects of Vetiver essential oil. I have learned a lot of information from draxe.com and Aromaweb.com.
Thinking big has different measurements for different people.Thinking big requires goal setting and planning.Once you have decided on that BIG thing you want; You must decide how to get it.Thinking big is both mental and physical. Physically you have to take action, towards getting that big thing.The hardest part of thinking big is to keep thinking big.These are some suggestions to keep thinking big.
• Think- I can and I will.
• Think -I will not measure my level of big to anyone else.
• Think -I will not give up.
• Think – Success starts small.
• Think -I will not allow thinking big to consume all of my energy.
• Think- I will have fun while trying to reach MY level if big.

Take back the authority over your life. Sometimes we allow our children, spouse, family, and work to take control over our lives.Their control can sometimes cause us to change the direction in with we were going in our lives.Don’t worry its never to late to get back on course.
These are some small steps to take to start a change.
• Ask yourself what have I done for me today.
• Think before saying YES.
• If you are not feeling up to a task, say so.
• Work on a goal for yourself whether big or small.
• Don’t compare yourself to others.
